Rune Writing / Artificing

Runes Can Be Used On: items (all kinds), environment, people (if removed / erased effects of the rune will be gone)

Must be drawn directly on an item or person or on paper or cloth and “sealed” to item or person

Cannot be used on items previously enchanted by others

On Environment: all occurs on top of the rune with desired AOE up to 50 ft, lasting until turned off or leaves the area unless she has used the runes to build a house for someone (such as the buildings/walls made in Korrig). These things can be disrupted/destroyed (ie pouring water on the rune fire she makes)

Effects from items/weapons only work on touch/hit, some abilities will require OOC Perms, and any weapons made/purchased for/by OCs need to be updated on profiles and submitted for approval per server rules.

Just the basic ‘ideas’ of the rune abilities are below, complex things can be done

Nothing will be created that goes against server rules (no instant revivals / regen items, ect)
The Crowned & Seeker
Memory, Repetition & Erase
These two runes are only used in conjunction with the other runes Tenenger uses to cause specific effects. Such as turning on or off other runes. They can also cause runes to 'remember' sequence of tasks or use. Lastly, they can be used to erase other runes.
Earth
Earth, Strength & Touch
On Items/Environment
Desired earth related abilities. Strength abilities (make items stronger than average). Raise stone up from the ground to create structures, walls, or temporary shelters or barriers. Manipulate the shape of current stone or stone structures. (One structure at a time. Cannot be used on previously enchanted or magicked stones/structures). [[ OOC PERMS on others structures ]]
Create fertile ground for plants in various soil types. Grow plants (requires seeds) to maturity.
On People
Used to permanently create changes with sense of touch or natural strength
Ether
Spirit, Sound & Hearing
On Items/Environment
Desired spirit & sound related abilities. ‘Trap soul’ (non-sentient animals only) [[OOC perms on OC’s animals]]. Suppress or create sound, hear and repeat sounds, ‘auditory hallucinations’. ‘Reveal’ spirits (ghosts, liches, vampires, or spirits within living people). Create bottomless bags/boxes (bags of holding) what-have-yous (160 lbs limit).
On People
Used to keep other spirits out or enhance one's hearing or voice
Water
Water, Motion & Taste
On Items/Enviornment
Desired water related abilities or additional motion/flow/grace/quickness. Water walking. Taste properties. Cause a gentle rain or torrential downpour on the area (requires some water or moisture).
On People
Used to create permanent resistance to natural poisons, enhance one’s motions, fluidity, taste
MUSE Abilities
Blueprint
Active Effects: With a touch she is able to learn the blueprints of anything with moving parts and write these blueprints down or recreate the item (if available parts/pieces are around). This only includes the "machine" or creation's physical form, this does not include any additional powers or information that it may imbue or create.
Negative Effects: Highly attracted to anything with moving parts, shiny metals, gears, sparkling gems, wires, cordage, ropes, pulleys, anything that looks like it might move or have moving parts - timepieces, lifts, wagons, etcetera. Also causes her to have a habit of filching parts and pieces for projects of her own.
Inspiration
Active Effects: When Tenenger decides To Inspire a person, she actively projects onto them a mental state of wanting to work, either on their personal project or something she needs for herself. She often goes after people that build, design, or create in some way. OOC permission
Passive Effects: All creative types within (reasonable) distance feel a surge of energy to work on whatever their mind craves to create or accomplish. Those who are stuck or looking for something new find themselves bursting with new ideas. Her presence instills an ability to focus until she passes out of range.
Note: She has accidentally inspired a few 'genius' level minds into madness and burned out others.
Machination Intuition
Active Effects: With a touch she has the ability to understand how a machine works and use it properly. She can also ‘take control’ of machines in this way [[ooc perms on others machines]]
Passive Effects: Ranged Ship (Dark Wren) Control is how she maintains control of her ship with or without crew.
Note: This is only for items/machines with moving parts (pulleys, gears, lifts, timepieces, ect).

Eye of Truth: (Magic Eye) Due to being a spirit, Tenenger cannot be tricked by illusion and is not hindered by shadow / darkness (natural or magical). She can see through illusion and in absolute darkness.

MANNEQUIN ABILITIES
The mannequin is enchanted to look and act as a human form. It is not an illusion that can be disrupted or which disappears on touch. However, if it is touched, one would easily tell that it is not at all human feeling (it does not feel like skin and muscle or react like skin and muscle to touch). The mannequin does not feel pain but Tenenger holds over a lot of natural reactions, irritations, and annoyances from her previous 2 lives. She has been using the mannequin for so long she is able to act quite naturally (other than the fact she won't touch others)! This is also tied to the fact that it is really quite heavy for her to move around.
Runes on the Mannequin
The mannequin has a *ton* of runes placed on it however, these are the specific things which the runes are doing to the mannequin:

Fire protection (cannot be lit on fire)

Rot protection (the wood cannot rot, the metal cannot rust)

Possession protection - the mannequin and it's attached devices are attuned to Tenenger's spiritual essence. Any other spirit would have a hard (if not impossible) time possessing (let alone working) the mannequin.

Theft protection - when Tenenger's spirit is outside of 100 yards of the mannequin a series of runes are activated. These detect motion of the mannequin and then begin a blaring, blasting, annoying horn when the mannequin moves. Does not turn off until deactivated by Tenenger.
